Issue Summary

Copying data from JSM PROD to Sandbox, does not copy details and notes of customer and organisation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import CSV in Production for details in organisation and customers
2. Try copying from Production to Sandbox
3. No data details and notes get copied to sandbox 

Expected Results

Data details and notes should be copied to Sandbox

Actual Results

Data details and notes is not getting copied to Sandbox

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
