Improve the error message shown when the connection with Teams or Slack fails

      Issue Summary

      When setting up JSM Chat and trying to connect the project with Microsoft Teams or Slack, if the process fails, a generic error will be shown: "Something went wrong. Please try again".

      Suggestion

      Improve the error message to indicate the reason why the connection failed.
