JSM Chat - Assist error when raising request with URL Field type response containing invalid web address or >255 characters

      Issue Summary

      Raising a request through Assist on Slack connected to JSM Chat results on non-descriptive error when submitting URL Field Type response with >255 characters or invalid web addresses.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Request Type form with a URL Field
      2. Setup JSM Chat on Slack 
      3. Configure the Request Type with the URL Field onto a Request Channel
      4. Try to raise a request through Slack using Assist
      5. Provide a URL with >255 characters OR without the correct URL syntax expected by the field

      Expected Results

      A warning is provided, preventing the issue being created as its surpass the field limitation or its invalid web address.

      Actual Results

      Request Fails to be created with Something went wrong <traceID>. Please contact support.

      Workaround

      Submit request through the portal OR use one of the other supported field types:

      • Text field (single line)
      • Text field (multi-line)
      • Paragraph (supports rich text)
