Issue Summary

Difference with the number of views of the articles published on the portal and on the knowledgeable base consolidated view 

Steps to Reproduce

Basically the Requests deflected report under project > Report > request deflected  displays the view data when the "Articles are views" from the portal but view section within the Project > Knowledge base shows different data.
 
Below is the eg: screenshots and more details * If we edit the page in Confluence and update it, the values remain the same.

• If we access the article from the portal, both values are updated.
• If we refresh the page, both values increase, so they are not unique visits.
• What is the difference between 4 and 6 views for ABCD article?

Expected Results

Should show the accurate view number in Project > knowledge base

Actual Results

Share more details on the how the view numbers is calculated in consolidated view from the Project > knowledge base

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
