Issue Summary

Custom fields appears in the ticket history despite not being updated during transition.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Paragraph field and at it any transition screen
2. Perform the transition any work item (fill other field except the paragraph fields)

Expected Results

The paragraph field which does not have nay value during transition should not appear in work item history.

Actual Results

Custom fields appears in the ticket history despite not being updated during transition

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
