Current State:

After pasting a tiny "link", the link created from the Copy link option at the Share button from a Confluence page, in an article from a Knowledge base from JSM, the link isn't rendered properly. It shows URL.

It would be better to render tiny link on JSM Portal View. Because the users cannot distinguish between the different types of links used on Confluence view.

Workaround

The user should paste confluence page URL.
