Alias values are not respected for the Jira Cloud integration

      Issue Summary

      The Alias value set for Opsgenie JSM/JSW Cloud integration is not respected when applying the close alert condition

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JSM/JSW cloud integration in Opsgenie
      2. Set Create an alert rule with any random Alias value
      3. Set a close alert rule for anything random again. 

      Expected Results

      Since we have two random Alias values for the create alert and close alert rules, the alert should not auto-close. 

      Actual Results

      The alert is auto-closed without any matching alias value. If the close alert conditions are matched, then the Alias value is not respected and the alert processes for closure. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
