      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Send a digitally signed email (from Outlook) with a text body
        • The headers will have the following for affected emails:
          • Content-Type: application/pkcs7-mime; smime-type=signed-data; name="smime.p7m"
            Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="smime.p7m"
            Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
      1. See that the request was either created without a Description or that the request was rejected if the Description field set to Required

      Expected Results

The email is processed as normal.

      Actual Results

The request is either processed without a Description or the email isn't processed if the Description field is set to Required.

      Workaround

If possible, don't digitally sign the emails.
