Request the implementation of a "View All Help Centers" functionality for non-admin users who have access to multiple Help Centers.

      Use Case Explanation:

      • User Access Needs: Users may have permissions in multiple projects, each associated with a different Help center. For such users, it is crucial to have access to all relevant help center pages from a single location.
      • Practicality and Efficiency: Users may have existing bookmarks and links to customer portals on various devices, including desktops, browsers, and mobile phones. Some of these links might be automatically generated by system admins, while others are manually set by users. Manually updating the Help center links frequently is impractical, and having the option to navigate using "View All Help Centers" functionality is preferable.

      Proposed Future State:

Introduce a "View All Help Centers" option within the customer portal interface, allowing users to easily access all help center pages they have permissions for. This functionality would streamline access and ensure users can efficiently find the support and information they need.

      Benefits:

      • Improved user experience and efficiency by providing centralized access to all relevant help centers.
      • Reduced administrative overhead in managing and communicating direct links to help centers.
      • Scalable solution that accommodates future growth in help centers and projects.

We believe adding this feature will greatly enhance the usability and efficiency of accessing help centers for non-admin users across various projects.

      Current Workaround:

The current workaround is to share direct links to help center pages with users. However, this is not a scalable solution and does not offer the same level of efficiency as a centralised access point would.
