Issue Summary
Currently when we open a ticket in portal we see two messages around the notification status.
If the notification is off then it says "notifications off"
If the notification is on then it says "notifications on"
This can be misleading as it may be understood as that 'Notifications on' can be read as meaning both 'Turn notifications on' as well as 'Notifications are on'.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ticket in service desk project
- Open that ticket in portal view
- Here you can see either notification off or notification on.
Expected Results
The text should say something turn notifications on or turn notifcations off.
Actual Results
Currently is says notification off and notification on which can be misleading.
