Allow administrators to view/manage default Help Center for each customer

      Problem Statement

      There may be instances where multiple help centers are created within a site.

      Consider 3 Help Centers in a site

      • Help Center ① (Default), where all projects are associated
      • Help Center ②, where a project is associated
      • Help Center ③, where a project is associated

      Customers need to have default help center screens tailored to them, as different customers have varying project access rights.
      We need the ability to set specific help center screens (either Help Center ② or Help Center ③) as the default for each customer based on their access rights.

      There is an issue where the default help center changes unexpectedly. Even when customers are invited through a custom help center (either Help Center ② or Help Center ③), at times, the default help center (Help Center ①) gets displayed as the default. This needs to be addressed to ensure consistent customer experiences.

      Administrators need a way to view and manage help center invitations and default settings. For example, there are instances where a user meant to be invited to Help Center ② is mistakenly invited to Help Center ③, or a user invited to Help Center ② is somehow set to use Help Center ①. Administrators require ways to verify these configurations, and make corrections (such as re-inviting users) as necessary.

      Suggested Solution

      • Implement a feature that allows administrators to set and lock a specific default help center for each customer based on their project access rights.
      • Develop an interface for administrators to review and manage help center invitations and default settings, with the ability to correct misconfiguration efficiently.
