      Issue Summary

      Global field translations provided in the Jira admin center are ignored by the JSM help center

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set the translation of the custom field: Translate a custom field
      2. Add the custom field to the request type in the JSM project
      3. Open the request type in the Customer portal

      Expected Results

      The custom fields should be translated in the Customer portal

      Actual Results

      The custom fields are not translated in the Customer portal

      Workaround

      Configure the translation directly in the JSM project: Provide help in multiple languages
