Issue Summary

After pasting a "link", the link created from the Copy link option at the Share button from a Confluence page, in an article from a Knowledge base from JSM, the link isn't rendered properly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Confluence space and link to Jira Service Management project as Knowledge base
2. Create a Confluence page and
3. Create another page and paste this link and set "inline" or "card" or embed.
4. Open a JSM Portal and access the page.

Expected Results

You'll see the page exactly same as Confluence, page link should be shows as "inline", "card" or "embed".

In Confluence view, it looks fine.

Actual Results

You'll see the "URL" on the page.

In Portal view, link URL shows.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
