Unable to access Ops team from Project >>> Operation >>> Service

      • Go to Operations
      • Go to Services Tab
      • Try adding an Owner Team to a specific Service
      • Return to the Services Tab
      • Notice that the application throws an error
        • 'Failed to load owner. Something went wrong. Please try again.'
