Issue Summary
The automation rule failed to update the "Short text" type field when invoking an automation rule through a virtual service agent intent. However, it works fine when the field is selected as "Paragraph".

Steps to Reproduce
The issue is not replicable in the test instance. It was found in one tenant. The ticket details will be updated as an internal comment.
Expected Results
The automation rule should be able to update the "Short Text" type field without an issue.
Actual Results
The value entered into the field via conversation is not picked by the automation rule to update in subsequent fields.
Workaround
Use the paragraph type field.
