Issue Summary
Virtual Agent not showing a proper message in the help center that it has ended the conversation
Steps to Reproduce
- Chat with Virtual Service agent in the help center
- Click "No" for the first time, VSA asks a clarifying question to try again.
- When the user clicks "No" again, VSA asks them to search for articles and end the conversation
Expected Results
VSA should clearly show that the conversation has ended after it shows "See Search results"
Actual Results
VSA actually ends the conversation without any information.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
