Unsubscribe Link in Jira/JSM Invitation Emails is broken

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Project Settings -> Customer Notifications, edit the 'Customer Invited' template.
2. Under 'Content' text box, click on 'Insert Variable', select 'Invite Unsubscription URL'. The URL placeholder will be added to the template.
3. Save the configuration. 
4. Invite a new Customer to the Project.

Expected Results

Customer Invitation Email should have a hyperlink to unsubscribe from invitation emails.

Actual Results

Customer Invitation Email has the same placeholder instead of a hyperlink for unsubscribe.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
