Issue Summary
When someone intervenes in the Virtual Agent flow, the ticket is not escalated using the initial problem description
Steps to Reproduce
- Start a conversation in VA
- Make sure it matches with an intent
- Ask a real person to chime in on the thread
- VA will ask if it they were helpful or not
- You can escalate the ticket at that point
- If you just ignore VA question, the ticket might also get escalated anyway.
Expected Results
Ticket gets created using the initial problem description.
Actual Results
Ticket gets created used the description from the user that interfered on step 3.
You still got the whole conversation history, but the issue summary/description is not using the original question that triggered the intent.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
