      Issue Summary

JSM Chat: Users are not displayed in the "User Picker (multiple users)" field on the Slack create work item screen.

When using the custom field type- "User Picker (multiple users)", users are not displayed and cannot be selected on the Slack create work item screen. However, if using "User Picker (single user)," users are displayed and can be selected.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira Service Management Project and set request type
      2. Project settings > Chat > connect Slack with a request type(sample: Request A").
      3. Create field - type "User Picker(multiple users)" and add the field to "Request Type" > "Request form".
      4. Open Slack and try to "raise a request"
      5. on "Create work item" view, try to select user on "User Picker(multiple users)" field.

      Expected Results

The user(customer) can select users on field - "User Picker(multiple users)"

      Actual Results

The user(customer) can't show users on field - "User Picker(multiple users)" with "Nothing could be found".

      sample view:

if the field is "User picker(single user)", the user shows.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
Use Portal to input "User Picker(multiple users)".
