Support Entitlement type field in Forms

      Issue Summary

      Currently, it's only possible to add Entitlement type field in Request type fields (request view/work item view), but you can't add this to a Form that is part of the request type.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Form within a JSM project
      2. Try do add an Entitlement type field - option is not available.

      It's also not possible to add (for example) a multi-select dropdown field and link this to an Entitlement type field from JSM.

      Expected Results

      It would be great to count on the possibility to add Entitlement field in Forms, as also consider its values in section conditions.

      Actual Results

      Entitlement type field is not supported in Forms.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
