Current State:

The "Requests" list view (https://<domain>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/requests) currently displays requests in a simple list format.

Proposed Future State:

The "Requests" list view should include a "Detail view" option, similar to Jira filters. This would allow users to see a list of requests on the left and view detailed information on the right when a request is selected.

Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

There are no existing workarounds or Marketplace apps to achieve this functionality.
