Issue Summary

HTML tags are not correctly rendered in Compass alerts like they are in JSM

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an alert in Compass
2. Edit the Description
3. Include HTML tags like <a>, <b>, <h1> in the text value and Save
4. Notice that the HTML text effect is not rendered
5. Open the same alert in JSM and the text will be correctly rendered

Expected Results

The text effect is correctly rendered in Compass, like in JSM example below:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
