Issue Summary

Currently Enterprise customers are able to create custom project templates for JSW and JWM projects. However this functionality isn't currently available for JSM.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Project settings, then select Details. Select More actions (•••), then select Save as project template.

Expected Results

Be able to create and use custom project templates for JSM projects

Actual Results

Functionality currently doesn't support JSM projects

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
