Summary:
Currently, using /assist triggers a form with multiple fields, which may discourage users from completing ticket creation. On the other hand, enabling automatic ticket creation from every message risks generating unnecessary tickets. Ideally, we’d like a middle ground: allow users to freely chat in Slack, but when @Assist is mentioned in a message, it should automatically trigger ticket creation. This would reduce friction while ensuring important requests are not missed.

Current State:
@assist will only call the app but doesn't do any action
Proposed Future State:
It is great to have another channel similar to what is mentioned on this page to create tickets.
