We would like to propose adding a feature that allows users to upload avatars in bulk within the asset management system in Jira Service Management. Currently, avatars are added individually via UI or REST API, which can be time-consuming and inefficient, especially for teams managing large numbers of assets. Also,

• Ensure compatibility with existing file formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG).

• Implement validation checks for file size and format before upload.

• Provide a progress indicator during the upload process to keep users informed.
