Current State:

Currently, in JSM Cloud, the keyboard shortcuts available for navigating through queues include:

• J or Down arrow to move to the next work item.
• K or Up arrow to move to the previous work item.
• O or Enter to open the selected work item, which opens it in fullscreen.
   

Proposed Future State:

Improve the Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud by using keyboard shortcuts to navigate and open issues in the sidebar rather than in full-screen mode

Using only keyboard shortcuts for cycling doesn't provide any benefits in the queues menu if there isn't a dedicated shortcut to open the tickets in the sidebar.
