AI Answers for Virtual Agent doesn't return the correct article when article contain majority of non english language

      Issue Summary

      When send query to virtual agent , AI Answers doesn't return the correct article when article have multi language ( eg. Japanese and English ) and majority of it is a non english language.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an article with multi language , for example Japanese and English
      2. Enabled AI for Virtual Service Agent
      3. Then , open virtual service agent in portal and ask query for that specific article

      Expected Results

      Result returned with that article

      Actual Results

      Answers return with an irrelevant article.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
