Current State:
Currently, anyone in the request channel in Slack can raise a request with the ticket emoji
Proposed Future State:
We’d like to only allow agent users in Slack to create tickets from these Slack channels.
One suggestion is to compare the triage channel users against the user triggering the emoji to confirm whether the ticket would be created or not.
