Issue Summary

When searching in help center, search result suggests the related KB articles, related "Request forms" and "Portals" if these are matched with the search term.

If the search term is English, "Request forms" and "Portals" are searched as expected.

However, if the search term is in multibyte characters (i.e. Japanese), "Request forms" and "Portals" are not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create request type with multibyte characters (i.e. "test テスト")
2. In help center, searching with "test"
3. In a search result, request type "test テスト" is searched and displayed at "Request forms"
4. Searching with "テスト"
5. In a search result, request type "test テスト" is not searched and "Request forms" is not displayed.

Expected Results

"Request forms" and "Portals" should be searched with multibyte characters.

Actual Results

"Request forms" and "Portals" can't be searched with multibyte characters.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
