JSM Chat : Option to customize Assist Bot Notifications.

      Current State:

      Currently, when integrating JSM Chat with Slack or MS Team we don't have an option to customize notification messages.

       

      Proposed Future State:

      It would be great we have an option to customize the Atlassian Assist Bot Notifications.

       

      Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

      Currently, there is no workaround.
