      Random users are getting automatically added to the customers section on creating a new team-managed project 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new team-managed project with any template
      2. Check the customer section, and you will see the list of random users

      Expected Results

      The customers section should be empty

      Actual Results

      We can see random users in the list
