Issue Summary

When translating a form (or viewing a form in the Request Type page), if the form has conditional sections, you can see a "Hidden section - Conditions apply" box which indicates parts of the form are hidden conditionally.

The "Hidden section - Conditions apply" box is displayed in a way which could obstruct a field's label if the label is long enough

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Project settings -> Forms - Add a new form
2. Add some conditional sections to the form
3. Go to the "Translate" tab

Expected Results

The "Hidden section - Conditions apply" should not obstruct the field's label if the label is long.

Actual Results

The "Hidden section - Conditions apply" obstructs the field's label if the label is long.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
