Issue Summary
On using Atlassian ChatOps integration with MS Teams, when an alert is created for one of customer teams, they get a notification in MS Teams with a link to the alert like this: https://j.opsg.in/...([https://j.opsg.in/]...) which finally redirects to https://site-name.atlassian.net/jira/ops/alerts/<alert-id>. Unfortunately, it doesn't contain the custom Jira domain is https://site-name.jira.com/ - so the link from the ChatOps integration does not work.
Expected Results
Ideally, it should go to https://abc.jira.com/ jira/ops/alerts?ref=opsgenie
Actual Results
It is going to https://abc.atlassian.net/jira/ops/alerts?ref=opsgenie
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a custom domain site
- Migrate to JSM - Operation
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
