Vote function "Did this article help?" for knowledge base article is missing

      Issue Summary

      JSM knowledge base supports voting feature if the customer could deflect raising a support ticket, by voting "Did this article help?" in knowledge base.

      Recently, the vote feature is missing from the knowledge base.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to customer portal
      2. Search and open knowledge base article
      3. "Did this article help?" is not displayed

      Expected Results

      "Did this article help?" should be displayed

      Actual Results

      "Did this article help?" is not displayed

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
