Issue Summary

Operations links on the Project settings → Features page of a FedRAMP JSM project direct users to unsupported or outdated destinations, breaking navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a JSM project in the FedRAMP environment.
2. Open Project settings → Features.
3. Click any of the following links: On-call by Opsgenie, or Alerts by Opsgenie.

Expected Results

Each link opens the correct, FedRAMP-compliant destination or is hidden if the feature is not supported.

Actual Results

Links either do nothing or point outside the FedRAMP boundary, resulting in inaccessible pages.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
