      Issue Summary

      Opsgenie Migrated Projects break the ability to see requests in the customer portal. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an Opsgenie Migrated Project
      2. Be assigned as a reporter or assignee in the Opsgenie project
      3. Attempt to load requests from Portal -> Requests
      4. Requests will fail to load.

      Expected Results

      The portal loads successfully and displays the work items. 

      Actual Results

      The presence of Opsgenie Migrated Project work items breaks the ability to load the requests. 

      Workaround

      Deleting or archiving the Opsgenie Migrated Project will allow the requests to load.
