There should be an option to translate the text in the “rich text” section while editing the help center homepage.
Currently, it is not possible to use the rich text in help center
This can be achieved while editing the help center homepage (similar to the functionality of translating the Log in message) or be able to offer a translation as is the case for translating request types.
