Current State:
Currently, when you have a JSM Chat/Assist integration, requests channels will only show the "Raise a request" button if a customer enters a message.
Proposed Future State:
It would be helpful if there were an option to add the "Raise a request" permanently to a request channel so that customers can create requests with the button without having to send a message.
