Current State:
When using the Suggested topics feature within the context of a Knowledge Base within a Jira Service Management project and you click on the View draft button of the generated articles, Atlassian Intelligence is only capable of generating the Drafts in English.
Proposed Future State:
The articles that Atlassian Intelligence generates should respect the language set up at the Jira instance level, or the Language set up by the customer, or the Language in the browser's locale or a combination of any of what's mentioned). This way we can provide support for customers that are using their Jira instances in languages other than English (e.g. French, German, Spanish).
Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):
For the time being, even though the Suggested articles are generated in English, but after you click on the View draft button and start editing the article you can use the Atlassian Intelligence features that the Confluence editor provides to convert the article to your desired language.
