Issue Summary

For some prod customers, objects are not imported via External Imports. We can only see a number in entries for source, but all other stats like created, updated, identical are 0 indicating no objects were imported

Steps to Reproduce

1. We do not have steps to reproduce as this happens intermittently

Expected Results

Objects should be imported correctly

Actual Results

Objects are neither created nor updated

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
