Issue Summary

Unable to add slack channel as a request channel if the channel has users from multiple Slack workspaces. While trying to add the channel, we get the below error message

"You don't have permission to create a request channel in Slack. Reach out to your admin for help."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Private Slack Channel "A"
2. Add users to the Channel "A" from multiple workspace
3. Now try add the channel as a request channel to a JSM Project

Expected Results

Channel "A" gets added to the JSM Project as a request channel

Actual Results

We get the below error message while trying to add Channel "A" as request channel

The below exception is thrown in the Slack:

"You don't have permission to create a request channel in Slack. Reach out to your admin for help."

Workaround

Add the channel as request channel and then add users from other workspace
