Issue Summary
Creating a JSM ticket with responders sometimes requires customer to manually click "update incident" before all incident functionality is available.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create JSM incident with Responders
- Notice that sometimes it works correctly and alerts are created, and other times it does not
Expected Results
For Responder Alerts (and other Incident functionality) to always work immediately.
Actual Results
Manual intervention by customer is sometimes required.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
