Issue Summary
When you perform a bulk migration from several different service desk projects into 1 using the "bulk change work items" option the bulk migration fails at the last step with a gateway timeout error.
Steps to Reproduce
- Execute the JQL query to identify the issues that you would like to move from different projects.
- Select bulk change work item.
- Choose all the required issues.
- Choose option "Move Issues - Move issues to new projects and issue types"
- Select destination projects and issue types
- Check the mapping of fields and security level option as per the requirement.
- Click Next and observe the Gateway timeout error.
Expected Results
The bulk migration should be successful on the selected work items.
Actual Results
Currently there is an error displayed as "Gateway timeout"
Workaround
You can reduce the number of resultant work items that you moving into the destination project by adjusting the JQL query further.
