Issue Summary

The Standard Flow: Resolve does not proceed beyond the 'Ask for satisfaction rating' Step and hence, the user does not receive an option to add in additonal feedback.

This also impacts the Flow 'No Response for 1 hour'.

The default configuration for the Flow is added to this Bug in the attachment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a JSM Project
2. Enable Virtual Service Agent in the Project and connect it to the Portal
3. Enable Atlassian Intelligence Answers (Optional)
4. Create an Intent
5. Start a Conversation with the Virtual Agent in the Customer Portal created for the Project
6. Lead the Virtual Agent to match an intent or offer a solution from a Knowledge base article
7. Once the Virtual Agent suggests a solution, the Standard Flow: Resolve is triggered and the user is asked to check if their request is Resolved.
8. Upon answering with Yes, the user is prompted to select a Star Rating
9. Once provided, the user should be prompted so that they can add in any additional feedback. This is configured by default in the Standard Flow: Resolve

Expected Results

Once the Star rating for satisfaction is selected, the user should be prompted so that they can add in any additional feedback. This is configured by default in the Standard Flow: Resolve

Actual Results

The conversation is directly ended as soon as the user submits the Star rating.

This behaviour also impacts the Step 'No Response for 1 hour' as it is not triggered.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
