Issue Summary
At the moment, Assist only sends approval notification to the approvers, when the user is manually added to the field once the ticket is on the approval stage.
If the field is already populated by the time the ticket enters the approval stage the notification is not sent.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a workflow with an approval step configured, and an Assist integration, with the related request type added to the Agent Channel.
Fill out the approver field configured in the approval step before transitioning the ticket to the approval stage status
Expected Results
Assist should send the approval message to the approvers properly.
Actual Results
Assist will not send the approval message, unless the approver is removed and re-added to the field.
Workaround
The workaround at the moment is to remove the users from the approvers field and re-add them.
Or have an automation rule to store the approvers field information into a variable, empty the approvers field, and re-add the users from the variable to the approvers field to trigger the notification.
