Issue Summary
The JSM Customer account status shows as "Invited" while the user already raised and made changes to the tickets.
Steps to Reproduce
- Grant JSM Customer role to Atlassian Account
- The above account logs into the portal and raises a ticket
- Admin>Directory, if Atlassian Account. The user status is "Invited"
Expected Results
- The status "Invited" should not be visible since the Atlassian account is active
Actual Results
- The status of the account is "Invited"
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
