      Issue Summary

      The JSM Customer account status shows as "Invited" while the user already raised and made changes to the tickets.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Grant JSM Customer role to Atlassian Account
      2. The above account logs into the portal and raises a ticket 
      3. Admin>Directory, if Atlassian Account. The user status is "Invited"

      Expected Results

      • The status "Invited" should not be visible since the Atlassian account is active 

      Actual Results

      • The status of the account is "Invited"

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
