Add the ability to start a meeting using JSM Chat similar to Operations Incident Management

      Issue Summary

      Users would like to be able to start a meeting directly from a Jira request when using JSM Chat, similar to how operations work when connected to Slack/MS Teams. 

      Expected Results

      JSM Chat should include the ability to raise a meeting directly from the configured request type, similar to operations incident management. 

      Actual Results

      JSM Chat does not include this functionality. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
