      Ability to add additional message app to JSM chat 

      Actual Behaviour

      Only slack and MS-teams can be integrated to JSM chat in Jira cloud instance. 

      Expected behaviour{}

      Add an additional option such as "others" to add different messging apps to integrated with JSM chat
