Issue Summary
Priority icons are missing from the request list
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Customer Portal
2. Try to file a ticket in the portal
3. Go to the Requests page, and notice that the icons are not working.
Expected Results
The priority icons should load fine
Actual Results
When we load the request list view as a portal-only customer, the Severity icon fails to load
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
