Issue Summary
Manually parse the Customer's first text and fetch values out of it using virtual agent.
Steps to Reproduce
- As per design, Virtual Agent will look for inputs only when it reaches the 'Ask For Information' step in the intent.
- When Customers send their first message, it will only match the intent through the configured 'Training Phrases'.
- There is no way to configure manual data parsing from Customer's first message.
Expected Results
Improve the agent's capabilities in the future to allow it to automatically detect and extract relevant information from the customer's initial message, even before reaching the “Ask For Information” step?
